Put your name on Pawly.
Your care, in every client's pocket. Vets, trainers, groomers and daycares each see a dog for about an hour. Nobody sees the other 167 hours of the week. Pawly does.
Each business gets its own co-branded Pawly, inside our app. Your name and logo, our programs and plans, on your clients' iPhones.

How it works
Three steps, the same for every kind of place.
Most of this isn't a new product. It's Pawly's existing puppy program and plans, handed out by your business, under your own name.
-
You hand it over.
At the visit, the adoption or the first class, your client gets Pawly with your name on it. The dog's facts are already filled in, and the right plan is already picked.
-
They follow it at home.
Your instructions become their daily plan. Each day they check in: Easier, Same or Harder.
-
You see how it's going.
Progress comes back to you before the next visit. If things keep getting harder, you hear about it early, and only if the owner agrees.
ComingThe business side is in development.
Example cards. Businesses, dogs and names are made up.
Already in the Pawly beta: the 12-week puppy program, 38 plans for common problems with daily check-ins, daily logs, Ask Pawly, and a summary to take to the vet. Coming for business: your name in the app, your own instructions loaded as a plan, progress and early heads-ups sent to you, and a dashboard for your team.
Built for your kind of place.
The same three steps, shaped around how each place works. Groomers and walkers fit the same pattern, so if that's you, tell us how you work.
ComingNeeds our camera hardware, which is still in development.
Next: a second pair of eyes overnight.
For the hours when nobody is in the room. Pawly will watch wards, kennels and suites, keep the chart, flag the person on call and hand the next shift one page.
Room B chart · Suite 4
Moose is up and moving
Up at the door after four hours asleep. Pawly is timing it. No flag yet.
Charted automatically, with the time.

Suite 4: Moose is up and pacing
Pacing for 6 minutes, since 2:08 am. The other dogs in the room are asleep.
A flag is a nudge to look. Staff decide what happens next.

Multi-kennel monitoring
Every kennel on one screen, with each dog's state in plain words: asleep, eating, up and pacing.
-
Automated charting
Rest, movement, eating and drinking go into the chart with the time. Your team adds notes instead of copying from a clipboard.
-
After-hours flags to staff
When a dog needs a look, the person on call gets a flag that says what Pawly saw and for how long.
-
A shared record across shifts
Night, morning and weekend staff read and add to the same record, so each shift starts where the last one stopped.
No customers to quote yet. Here's what we can show.

What Pawly is built on
- Counts research sources in our library, each graded for how strong its evidence is.
- Counts words in 681 transcripts from working dog trainers. Trainer names stay in our private record.
- Counts dog-food products in our catalogue.
- Counts public conversations between dog owners, 2008 to 2026. We use them to learn owners' own words, never to say what "most owners" do.
Pawly flags. Your team decides.
Pawly says what it saw and what the owner told it. The people who know the dog make every call.
- Flags aren't diagnoses
- A flag says what Pawly saw or was told, like "harder three days running" or "up and pacing for 6 minutes". It never names a condition, and it never stands in for a vet's judgment.
- People decide
- Every flag goes to a person. What happens next is their call.
- Owners say yes first
- Progress and early heads-ups reach you only if the owner agrees to share them. [PLACEHOLDER: consent wording, counsel review]
- Where video goes
- When camera monitoring comes, kennel video is for your team. Before anyone uses it, we'll put in writing where video is processed, how long it's kept and who can see it. [PLACEHOLDER: video handling, Jake confirms]
Fair questions.
Is this a separate app?
No. Your clients use the Pawly app, and your space inside it carries your name and logo. They keep everything about their dog in one place, and you don't have to build or publish an app of your own.
Does Pawly replace us?
No. Pawly carries your plan home and brings back how it went. You set the plan, and you make the calls.
What will it cost?
We haven't set pricing yet. When we do, it will be on this page.
Does it work with our practice or booking software?
Not yet. Pawly doesn't connect to any other system today. Tell us which one you use in the form below. That decides what we connect to first.
What hardware do we need?
For the co-branded app, none: it runs on your clients' iPhones. Camera monitoring needs our own hardware, which is in development. [PLACEHOLDER: whether Pawly will also work with cameras or phones you already have, Jake confirms]Whether it will also work with cameras you already have is still being decided.
When can we start?
We don't have a date to share yet. The Pawly app for dog owners is in beta on iPhone now, and Pawly for business is being built alongside it. Leave your details below and we'll tell you when there's news.
Who owns the data?
Our intent is simple: your records are yours, and owners control what's in their own Pawly app. The exact terms will be written with counsel before anyone uses it. [PLACEHOLDER: data terms, counsel review]
Talk to the founders.
Tell us how dogs leave you today: the handout, the homework, the follow-up call. Zane or Jake will write back to you themselves.
