Privacy
Questions about your data: [privacy email to confirm]
To stop sending anything to AI providers, turn AI off in Den, under AI & privacy.
Subscriptions
The beta is free to test.
If you subscribe after launch through Apple, manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. [Pricing, and web purchases, to confirm with Zane and Jake]
Delete your account
You can delete your account inside the app, whenever you like. No email needed.
- Open Pawly and go to Den.
- Scroll to You and the app.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
[Path to confirm with Jake. It may also read Settings, then Account, then Delete account.]
This deletes your account and your dog's data, including photos, videos, chats and vet records. If you signed in with Apple, Pawly's access is revoked. A subscription bought through Apple keeps billing until you cancel it in your iPhone's Settings.

Den, in the app.
Common questions
Is Pawly on the App Store?
Not yet. It's in beta on iPhone through TestFlight. When it launches on the App Store, it'll be listed as Project Pawly.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. Pawly is iPhone first.
Is Pawly a vet?
No. Pawly says what to do now and when to call your vet. It isn't a diagnosis, and it never replaces an exam.
Can I change what Pawly knows about me?
Yes. In Den, what Pawly has learned is marked "you told us", "we saw" or "we guessed". You can confirm, change or remove any of it.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Your account and your dog's data are deleted. The privacy policy has the details.
